Try this variation of the traditional “apple strudel, using our Horopito & Feijoa Chutney. If you like Feijoas, you will love this.
Ingredients
1 x 200g jar Manaaki Horoptio & Feijoa Chutney
Frozen sheet of puff pastry
Egg for brushing
Method
Thaw out your pastry, and spread with Horopito & Feijoa Chutney.
Roll up lengthways and seal the edge with a small amount of water.
Whisk up egg and brush over the top.
Bake at 200c for 30 -35 mins, until golden.
Slice, Serve and Enjoy with ice cream, or cream.
